There has been a lot of chat on WhatsApp groups about our fee increases. The motion for an increase in fees was put to the AGM and passed by the membership. The motion was put forward by the executive committee because of the increased costs of running the club this year. Our main source of income is the membership fees so it is regrettable that due to increased costs we have had to increase our fees.More detailed explanations have been given elsewhere on this site. If any members feel they need further explanation please feel free to contact me.
Also can I make it very clear that from now on the only monies any member should be paying for participation in sport in the club is their annual membership. The only money on top of the membership fee should be £1 for the minibus and Easter camp and Cul Camp fees.
Also Thanks for your continued membership and support of the club, the members are the club and we should all be proud of the club that we have helped turn into such a great club.
Stephen Jennings
Chairman.

A chairde gael,
After a long year of Gaelic Games and fun and joy for all Glengormley Gaels, remember our U21 are still in competition.

We want to let all members and all members of our community know that we are closing the pitches, it is essential to allow the ongoing maintenance to proceed and allow the surface to rest and prepare for the forth coming year.

Watch this space for pitch reopening dates.

Halloween Hooley,

The Hooley is fancy dress OPTIONAL!!
Unfortunately due to poor ticket sales, we may be forced to cancel it.. Out of 130 possible tickets we have only 30 definites..unless anyone else interested comes forward by Wednesday with names and ticket money we will have to pull the plug!
This is a real opportunity to support your club as Knags were giving us free room hire and DJ, therefore making profit from ticket sales and no overheads (also there was an opportunity of a team sponsorship )
