Proud of the whole squad, a pleasure to coach and a deserved win with the dedication, determination and belief these girls have shown, not just this season but over the past lot of years. We are writing to make you aware of our service and to offer you a package which has the potential to assist your players and teams moving forward. We have attached flyers for you to view but to summarize, our cryospa/ice bath can;

Reduce recovery, prevent injury and increase performance.

In terms of your teams it has the potential to;

Reduce physio bills, reduce water and ice costs and most importantly INCREASE CHANCES OF SUCCESS.

We are offering a package whereby the club pays £15 per week. This payment covers all members and reduces a club members bath from £10 to £5 per session. If you have, let's say, 100 members this equates to 15p per week, per member! This allows members a 50% reduction per bath! In an age where burnout and player welfare are buzz words this bath could reduce and prevent said burnout. We look forward or hearing from you and answering any queries you may have.

Senior Ladies Result: Junior Championship - NE 5:8 to 5:6 St. Comgall's
A 2 point win for the ladies tonight in the first round of Junior Championship against St. Comgall's. Missing a few key players, including our goalkeeper due to work commitments this was always going to be a tight game, which proved to be the case. Fair play to all the girls who turned up, they stepped up to the mark, playing great football at times and showing great character to edge out a 2 point victory and a place in the semi-final, which will take place in August.
Scorers: Claire Crummey (1:4), Eilis Crickard (2:1), Niamh Morgan (1:1), Aoife McCullough (1:0), Caoimhe McConnell (0:1) Una O'Neill (0:1)

Congratulations to Alicia Donaghy and Rose Sherlock who played on the Belfast Schools P7 team which defeated Dublin 33-17 on Friday, both playing at wing- back. A brilliant achievement for two of our great under 12s.

A chara,
There is a club shop in the Gaelscoil every Tuesday 8-9pm,
However it will not be open next week.
There is a Facebook page, but this is the main hub for our sports, community and club in general.

Send me a text if you would like to order some gear.

And more good news!

Good luck to Katie, Claire, Molly and Aoife who are on the Antrim U14 Ladies Football team playing in the Ulster B Final on Saturday against Monaghan. The game is at Killeeshil, Co. Tyrone at 1.15.

It's another fantastic achievement for our club considering we are relatively new to Ladies Football. No club in Antrim has more players represented on the team and all the girls are still U13 this year. Next year, I am sure they will be joined by quite a few of their club mates.

Congratulations on your selection, girls, and good luck on Saturday! NEA!
