The U14 girls had a disappointing day at their first football Feile on Saturday. Drawing St. Paul's in the first round, the game was over at half time. We never really got going although the second half was a much more competitive battle. Of course, everyone was disappointed as we are a much better team than we showed on the day. However, we have our first league match at home on Tuesday against Moneyglass, when we will regroup and kick start our season.

All Mentors and Team Managers please note that the club mini bus won't be available on the 26th and 27th of April as it is being used as back up for the club cyclists.
Anyone who would like to sponsor them can contact any of the cyclists.
The ride this year is from the club to Donegal Town.
More details to follow as soon as they have all been sorted.

Well done to all the under 8 girl footballers who played against St. Paul's yesterday on a cold and wet Saturday. Plenty of enthusiasm and spirit shown. Signs of great things to come. Great session this morning in St. Malachy's. Looking forward to training moving outside.

No training next Sunday because St. Malachy's is unavailable.

Congratulations to Dervla O'Connor, Molly McAuley, Orlaith and Mairead Murray, Katie and Claire Shortt, Cliodhna Kane and Aoife Hayes who played for Antrim in the U14 Ulster football blitz at the weekend. It's a great sign within our county that we had enough girls to enter 3 teams in the competition. Antrim won the plate in Group A, beating Donegal in the final, and also the Shield in Group B, beating Monaghan.

All the Naomh Eanna girls are still U13 this year.

Congratulations also to Molly, Mairead, Claire, Katie, Cliodhna and Aoife who have also been selected for the County squad for the Ulster Championship which begins on 5th April away to Donegal.

Congratulations and good luck girls!

Naomh Eanna are hosting the start of the North Belfast leg of the Rith run. As all the GAA clubs naiscoils and Gaelscoils are taking part it would be nice if our own club as host had a good turnout. The run starts with us and ends in North Queens Street but the route is divided into short legs, so you can do as many or as few as you want. A support bus will return everyone back to the club as and when they finish. The run starts at 1pm on Saturday 15/march . Everyone is very welcome,Hope to see you all there.
